  • gardenniqabLONGHumility, Humbleness, Sincerity: The Prophet ﷺ said, "I guarantee a house in Jannah for one who gives up arguing, even if he is right; and I guarantee a home in the middle of Jannah for one who abandons lying even for the sake of fun; and I guarantee a house in the highest part of Jannah for one who has good manners." (Abu Dawood)
  • Modesty: {And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze...} (Al-Qur'aan, 24:31)
  • Disciplining the Tongue: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Most of the sins of the children of Aadam are by the tongue." (At-Tabaraanee (3/87/1-2). Authenticated by al-Haafidh al-Mundhiri in al-Targheeb (4/8).)
  • Patience and Contentment: The Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed amazing are the affairs of a believer! They are all for his benefit. If he is granted ease then he is thankful, and this is good for him. And if he is afflicted with a hardship, he perseveres, and this is good for him." (Saheeh Muslim)
  • Enthusiasm: The Prophet ﷺ said: “Islaam began as something strange and will revert to being something strange, so glad tidings to the strangers.” (Saheeh Muslim.)
  • Asceticism, Generosity, Charity and GratitudeThe Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "By Allah, it is not the poverty about which I fear in regard to you but I am afraid in your case that (the worldly) riches may be given to you as were given to those who had gone before you and you begin to vie with one another for them as they vied for them. And these may destroy you as these destroyed them.” (Saheeh Muslim).
  • To Forgive, Love & Hate for Allaah Almighty: The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said: "People's deeds are presented before Allaah on Mondays and Thursdays, and then every slave (of Allaah) is granted forgiveness (of minor sins) if he does not associate anything with Allaah in worship. But the person in whose heart there is rancor against his brother, will not be pardoned. With regard to them, it is said twice: `Hold these two until they are reconciled. Hold these two until they are reconciled.'" (Saheeh Muslim)
